The Supreme Court has dismissed the prayer of Atiku Abubakar on admitting fresh evidence, says they can’t accept fresh evidence since the petitioner (Atiku) failed to raise it at the lower court.
Justice John Okoro is still delivering the judgement as of the time of this report.
