BREAKING: Senator Natasha accuses Akpabio of sexual harassment amid Senate rift

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of sexual harassment, adding a new dimension to their ongoing political feud.

The Kogi Central lawmaker made the allegation on Friday, stating that her issues with Akpabio go beyond legislative disagreements and include acts of gender-based intimidation and harassment.

This comes amid a long-standing dispute between the two senators, which initially stemmed from a controversy over her seat in the Senate chamber.

Earlier, Akpoti-Uduaghan had filed a ₦100 billion defamation lawsuit against Akpabio and one of his aides over alleged derogatory remarks made about her.

The latest claim has intensified concerns about the treatment of female lawmakers in Nigerian politics, with activists and rights groups demanding a thorough investigation.

Details later.

Of a truth senator Natasha has tried holding this but she should tempered justice mercy on Akpabio’s claim of 100 billion naira over the alleged sexual harassment. The money should be reduced 5billions please. Thank you and may God grants us understanding
