BREAKING: How Kidnapped Ekiti APC chairman Was Released

 

The chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti state, Mr Paul Omotosho has been released by his abductors.

Omotosho was kidnapped by unknown gunmen last Saturday between Agbado-Ekiti and Imesi-Ekiti road.

StarNews gathered from family sources that the APC chairman was released in the early hours of Thursday at a yet to be disclosed location.

It was learned that the gunmen had on Monday called the family to demand for ransom before releasing the APC leader.

As of press time, it could not be confirmed if the family paid any ransom before the gunmen released him.
