BREAKING: Gridlock on Akure-Ondo expressway as Truck Loaded With Noodles Bursts In Flames

Road users plying Akure/Ondo Expressway, on Thursday afternoon, experienced heavy traffic gridlock occasioned by a truck loaded with noodles that burst into flames at the front of the Nigerian Correctional Service, formerly known as Nigerian Prison Service in Akure, the Ondo State Capital.

Starnews Nigeria reports that the traffic gridlock was heightened by the ongoing burning of the Truck.

As of the time of writing this report, the vehicle was still burning and the cause of the inferno was not yet known. But men of the Federal Fire Service, Federal Road Safety Corps and the Police were already on the ground to put out the fire and control the gridlock.
