BREAKING: Gov Adeleke’s aide shot in police custody

The Osun State Park Management System (OSTMS) has reported the shooting of its State Chairman, Comrade Nurudeen Iyanda, while in police custody late last night.

In a statement signed by the OSTMS State Secretary, Alhaji Mukaila Popoola, the organization revealed that Comrade Iyanda was detained over domestic-related issues and subsequently shot under unclear circumstances.

“Our chairman was shot in police custody under circumstances that call for thorough investigations,” the statement read.

The OSTMS urged its members to remain calm and refrain from any retaliatory actions.

“We call on our members not to take laws into their hands. We must maintain peace across the parks while we take the matter up with the appropriate authorities,” Popoola added.
