BREAKING: Bomb Blast Kills One, Injures Four at Abuja School

A tragic incident unfolded on Monday in the Kuchibiyu community of Bwari Area Council, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), when a bomb explosion at an Islamiyyah school claimed the life of one student and left four others critically injured.

According to Politics Nigeria, the explosion occurred around noon in the serene community, situated approximately 42 kilometers from Abuja’s city center.

Emergency responders, including a police bomb disposal team, quickly arrived at the scene, while the injured students were rushed to a nearby hospital for immediate medical care.

A security source disclosed that the deceased student was allegedly carrying a substance believed to be an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) when it accidentally detonated.

Authorities are yet to release an official statement regarding the incident.
