The Court of Appeal has declared the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general election for Kogi Central Senatorial District, Natasha Akpoti winner of the election.
The election Petition tribunal had sacked the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and declared Akpoti rightful winner of the election.
