Ayedatiwa’s APC Stakeholders Meeting Was A Factional Gathering – Ondo NDDC Rep

Hon  Otito Atikase, the representative of Ondo State on the board of the NDDC has said that the Stakeholders meeting conveyed at the instance of the Ondo State Governor Hon Lucky Ayedstiwa was a Factional gathering

He made the disclosure recently in Akure, the Ondo state capital while addressing journalists.

In a statement by his media Aide, Owei Segun ,  Atikase who faulted the stakeholders’ meeting recently called by the Ondo State Governor noted that the meeting was factional,” because he (Governor)was an aspirant who should have allowed the party chairman to call such a meeting.”

He gave a hard knock to the state party chairman, Engr Ade Adetimehin who should be a neutral person for attending that kind of meeting, which he said had the potential of aggravating existing divisions within the party. Otito expressed.

He also refrained from endorsing any gubernatorial aspirant openly, expressing confidence in the party’s final decision, which he vowed to support once a unifying candidate emerges.

He said the decision of the party is binding on all its members and should be taken as final.

Also, Atikase offered constructive criticism on the dissolution of the state executive council, suggesting that Governor Ayedatiwa should have waited until after the primary election.

Regarding the certificate forgery saga, he urged transparency from the governor, emphasizing the importance of dispelling any potential misinformation that could be exploited by political opponents.
