APC Chair Ganduje Storms Kano as Officers Die After Edo Election Duty

Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), on Saturday stormed Bichi Local Government Area of Kano State.

Ganduje’s visit came as a gesture of sympathy for the families and victims of the tragic accident involving police officers posted for duty at the Edo governorship election last week.

Recall that the election was won by APC’s Monday Okpebholo.

The officers, while returning to Kano State after the exercise, met their untimely demise in a car crash along the Zaria-Kano road at Karfi Village by the Trailer Park.

According to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Kano State Command, five police officers lost their lives in the incident.
