Akeredolu makes fresh revelation, says Kumuyi, Mimiko are my bogus enemies

Today On Channels Tv’s program , Sunday politics, the executive governor of Ondo state , Oluwarotimi Akeredolu (SAN) made some trembling revelations especially about his predecessor, Dr. SEGUN Mimiko.

Starnews Nigeria captured the questions and answers. Please read below:

Seun Okinbaloye of Channels TV: What has happened between you and your very good friend for several decades, your predecessor, former governor of Ondo State, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, is your friendship still very intact?

Gov. Akeredolu: I doubt that, I took him as a friend but I doubt if truly he’s my friend. I am not somebody that hide his feelings, for me, he is a bogus enemy, so that is established now. Reference to him as my friend may probably not be right. To me, he is a bogus enemy and I think he remains so for life.

It is better for us to separate and go our separate ways because with a friend like him, you don’t need an enemy, so you don’t play this high level of betrayal in politics. So for me, I’m not interested in his own politics, if he thinks he is playing politics, he is fooling himself but for me, I’m human and I want to have somebody as my friend and I can tell you that two of them are my bogus enemies and they will probably remain forever. I don’t want reference to him as my friend, Mimiko is not my friend.

Seun Okinbaloye of Channels TV: You said there are two of them, who is the other person?

Gov. Akeredolu: There is no need for me to start mentioning name here but if you want it, I will tell you, there is one former Chief Judge here, one Justice Sehinde Kumuyi, to me, both of them are bogus enemies and my mind is made up about them, I am not going to change and I hope God will forgive me because I have decided, they have both chose a path, they think they can stand me at the back but I am going to survive it, I would survive it and they would regret their actions for life.
