Kwara Aviation College Chairman, Captain Yusuf Gobir Is Dead

The Chairman of Kwara Aviation College, Captain Muhammad Ahmad Yusuf Gobir, has passed away, a development announced by Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq in a statement on Saturday.
The governor expressed his sorrow over the loss, describing it as a personal tragedy.

In his statement, Governor Abdulrazaq conveyed condolences to the people of Ilorin Emirate and especially to Gobir’s family.

“We are sad to announce the death of the Ilorin Aviation College Chairman and Sarkin Gobir of Ilorin Emirate, Captain Muhammad Ahmad Yusuf-Gobir. We submit to the dictate of Allaah, who gives, nurtures, and takes life, and send our profound condolences to the family of the revered title holder on this devastating development,” the governor said.

Abdulrazaq commended Gobir for his outstanding contributions as a technocrat and administrator, highlighting his role in the remarkable turnaround of Kwara Aviation College within a short span of time.

“Captain Gobir’s fine legacies will remain etched in the history of our aviation sector,” he added.

The governor prayed for Allah to grant Captain Gobir eternal peace in al-jannah Firdaus and to provide comfort to his family during this difficult time.
