Justice Daniel Osiagor of the Federal High Court in Lagos has officially discharged Mr. Onyema Okonjo, Managing Director of PC Outlet Limited, from any remaining debt obligations to the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON).
This ruling came after AMCON submitted a letter, referenced as AMC/ABJ/ERM/22/962/MU/47007, titled “Letter of Non-Indebtedness.” The letter was jointly signed by Matthew Coker, Head of Enterprise Risk Management, and Joshua Ikioda, Group Head of Enforcement.
The document confirmed that neither Mr. Okonjo nor PC Outlet Limited owed any debts to AMCON.
After the letter was presented in court and corroborated by AMCON’s legal representative, Mr. Francis Oloruntoba, Justice Osiagor granted a full discharge for Okonjo from all liabilities.
Additionally, the court ordered the return of all securities, including properties situated in the Lekki Peninsula, to Mr. Okonjo.
