Okitipupa Oil Palm Company Licensees Rally Support for Aiyedatiwa

The Association of Licensees of Okitipupa Oil Palm Company (OOPC) Plc has declared its strong support for the re-election of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa in the forthcoming gubernatorial election.

The group expressed its support during a political gathering at First Bubble Hotel in Ayeka, Okitipupa.

The group reiterated its commitment to rallying workers across Okitipupa, Ese-Odo, and Irele Local Government Areas to ensure the governor’s victory in the election.

Representing the nine estates under OOPC Plc, the licensees expressed their gratitude for Governor Aiyedatiwa’s commendable leadership and significant achievements in promoting good governance and supporting businesses.

They also praised the governor’s efforts through the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Cooperative Services in fostering growth for both the masses and business owners.

Speaking in the same vein, the APC Chairman of Okitipupa Local Government, Hon. Bode Ikulala, voiced his approval of the licensees’ decision to back the governor’s re-election campaign, acknowledging the importance of their support.

The Commissioner for Commerce, Industry, and Cooperative Services, Pastor Olusegun Aiyerin, while responding to the licensees, commended Governor Aiyedatiwa’s work to uplift MSMEs and promised that more business-friendly policies would be introduced when the governor is re-elected.

Aiyerin assured the association that its concerns would be communicated to the governor.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of Ikale West LCDA, Hon. Olufunke Kumuyi, expressed confidence in Governor Aiyedatiwa’s chances of success in the upcoming election.
