When I first heard of wonderland, I never knew what it was. But I knew there was a reason for the name. I thought it was a community full of the signs and wonders of nature. But I was wrong when I visited the amusement park on Monday, September 2, 2024.

Located in Vaughan, in the north of Toronto, the Ontario province of Canada, Wonderland as the name suggests, is an amusement park
full of signs and wonders.
It wasn’t the wonder of nature, but a wonder birthed by technology, with over 200 side attractions.
Wonderland is a word class amusement park and a tourist destination for tourists, children, families, friends, and associates.
It was an unforgettable experience, I couldn’t hide my excitement. The place was full of fun and lifelong memories. Every site seeing I had won my attention. I was carried away with the wonder of technology.
I was confused with which of the side attractions to cover with my camera. When focusing on a particular one to capture the moment, you will be carried away by another exhilarating attractions.
If you look at your front, you will definitely see something else at your back that will be attracted to you. Looking at a wonderful thing by your right, the excitement and fun-filled experience by your left will divert your attention as a first-time visitor.
Established in 1981, Canada’s Wonderland according to its website is situated on 300 acres of land in Vaughan, and features more than 200 attractions including 17 roller coasters, two children’s areas and a 20-acre water park called Splash Works.
The park’s landscape features approximately 6,000 trees and 75,000 shrubs.
The park’s parking lot is over 3 million square feet with 10,300 parking spaces. It would be able to hold over 50 cruise ships in the same space!
There are numerous rides and attractions with a centerpiece called the WONDER MOUNTAIN which is 150 feet (ca. 46 meters) high.
Features of the park include but not limited to roller coasters, some of which is as high as 93.3 meters with speeds that reach 148 km/h. According to findings, the dive coaster is the world’s longest and the fastest with 1,105 meters which is about 3,625 feet (1.1 km).
The features are inexhaustible. It will take a special assignment and time to be able to write comprehensively about Canada’s wonderland which hosts and entertains millions of visitors annually. But we have uploaded a short video for you to watch and enjoy yourself.
