EURO 2024

-The FA confirmed that Phil Foden has temporarily left the England camp at EURO 2024 and returned to the UK for a ‘pressing family matter.’

-Romelu Lukaku has more goals disallowed (3) than England have scored goals (2) at the Euros.

-UEFA confirmed that Denmark finished ahead of Slovenia in Group C due to a yellow card given to Slovenia’s assistant coach Milivoje Novaković.
Denmark and Slovenia were tied on points, goal difference, goals scored and yellow cards for players.

-Cristiano Ronaldo is the first ever European Men’s player to make 50 appearances at major international tournaments.

-Ukraine are the first team in European Championship history to fail to progress from the Group Stage with four points.

-For the first time in UEFA European Championship history, all four teams within a group have finished on the same points; Ukraine are the first team to finish bottom of a group while earning as many as four points.

LASTEST TRANSFER RUMOURS

-Unter agree on deal to sign Spanish GK Josep Martínez from Genoa. Verbal agreement in place on €15m package add-ons included plus long term contract for the goalkeeper. Documents being prepared as Martínez, Sommer and Di Gennaro will be Inter goalkeepers for next season.

-Serhou Guirassy is set to join Borussia Dortmund — proposal accepted. Borussia Dortmund will trigger €17.5m release clause in the next days with Guirassy prepared to join the club.
There’s final green light on player side after being the top target in the last 3 months for Borussia Dortmund.

-After internal talks, Benfica have decided not to move for Nico Tagliafico or Robin Gosens. Both deals are currently off with Benfica exploring other options.

-Willian José, set to leave Real Betis and join Spartak Moscow. Deal almost done with final detail sorted. Betis will receive around €3m total package add-ons included and saving an important salary.

-Everton have also inquired Juventus about Federico Gatti in addition to Newcastle United.

-Jose Mourinho is keen on bringing Alvaro Morata to Fenerbahçe.

-Atalanta have made a €10m bid for Ben Godfrey below Everton’s £15m asking price from another club. The 26-year-old is interested but Atalanta needs to increase their offer closer to Everton’s valuation to prevent him from being sold elsewhere or staying for the last year of his Everton contract.

-Chelsea are not in the market to buy Alexander Isak, due to the money involved would be insane.

-Crystal Palace keep working on deal to sign Jobe Bellingham, one of the main targets on their shortlist. Jobe Bellingham’s future depends on the player’s decision with many clubs keen,

-Iliman Ndiaye, currently on Merseyside undergoing medical tests as new Everton player.
Olympique Marseille will receive €18.5m plus €1.5m add-ons, Ndiaye signs a five-year contract until June 2029.

-Manchester United could enter the race to sign Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin if they are unable to get a deal with Bologna’s Joshua Zirkzee over the line.

-57-year-old Kazuyoshi Miura has joined fourth-tier Japanese club Atletico Suzuka on loan from second-division FC Yokohama. He made his debut in 1986 with Brazilian club Santos.

-Ian Maatsen, set to sign his contract at Aston Villa on a six year deal today.

-Fiorentina and Juventus are in talks for Moise Kean! A meeting with the player’s agents is planned soon to finalize a contract agreement.
The club aims to spend under €15 million.

-West Ham have completed the signing of Wes Foderingham, with the goalkeeper joining on a free transfer on 1 July following the end of his deal at Sheffield Utd. Contract until 2026.

-Michael Olise will complete his Bayern Munich medical this week. After that, he will sign a contract until 2029. The transfer fee is €60 million with possible add-ons.

-Chelsea have reached an agreement in principle with Marc Guiu an 18-year-old striker from Barcelona to sign him until June 2030. Chelsea will activate his €6 million release clause from FC Barcelona and plan to conduct his medical in London.

-Manchester City are speeding up negotiations on the transfer of Dani Olmo and are trying to finalize his arrival next week.

-Romelu Lukaku has agreed to join AC Milan.

-Newcastle United remain confident of agreeing a new CONTRACT with Alexander Isak, despite having received an approach from Chelsea over their star striker.
Chelsea could find themselves having to break the £200m barrier if they are serious about wanting to add Isak to their ranks for next season.
