-At 38 years and 216 days, Jesús Navas will become the oldest player to play for Spain in a major international tournament (World Cup + EURO), surpassing the previous record of Santiago Cañizares against Saudi Arabia in Germany 2006 (36 years and 248 days).

-Barnabás Varga had a successful operation this afternoon and is expected to leave the hospital tomorrow, confirmed by the Hungarian FA.

-Spain will be looking to win their opening three games of a UEFA European Championship tournament for just a second time, having previously done so in 2008 – an edition they would go on to win (1-0 v Germany in the final).

-Spain have created more big chances (10) than any other team at EURO 2024 so far.

LATEST TRANSFER RUMOURS

-Tottenham would listen to offers for Richarlison this summer, due to his injury record in his time at the club.

-Bayern want to keep Leroy Sané (28) at the club! Vincent Kompany has full confidence in his former teammate. One idea so far: Sané on left wing, Olise on right wing.

-PSG are considering Kingsley Coman (28) who can leave Bayern for the right offer this transfer window. His contract runs until 2027, earning over €15 million annually. PSG values him between €40-50 million.

-Barcelona are willing to listen to offers for Ilkay Gundogan because of the FFP situation.

-Boca Juniors believe that there is a concrete chance that Manchester United will submit a proposal for centre-back Aaron Anselmino in the coming days. Chelsea have already made a £14m bid for Anselmino, which is being considered by Boca.

-Dortmund are trying to convince Leeds United midfielder Archie Gray to join the club. He’s considering the move.

-Al-Hilal are going all out to sign Raphinha. Barcelona have informed them that they want at least €90-100M for the forward, which will NOT be a problem for the Saudi club.

-Antonio Nusa is a concrete option on Crsytal palace’ list to replace Michael Olise.

-There are no concrete offers for Mohammed Kudus, who has an £85 million release clause and a contract until 2028. The 23-year-old winger has not indicated he wants to leave the club.

-Yankuba Minteh’s talks with Everton has COLLAPSED. Minteh won’t be going to Everton now but could still leave Newcastle for a European side.

-Aston Villa have a concrete interest in Maximilian Beier along with Chelsea. Both clubs have gathered information about the Hoffenheim striker, with a release clause of around €30m.

-Inter have made new proposal to close Josep Martínez deal with Genoa: €13m plus €2m add-ons, no player included in the deal. Inter are now confident to get it done this week.

-Juventus are in pole position for midfielder Leny Yoro. Talks on the horizon with Real Madrid, Barcelona still in talks for defender’s exit

-Man United advance their proposal to bring Ruud van Nistelrooy back!
Van Nistelrooy, tempted by Man United as they want him to be part of Erik ten Hag’s new coaching staff.
Talks are taking place waiting for final green light while negotiations over new deal for ten Hag progress well.

-Fluminense have fired the head coach Fernando Diniz. It’s over.

-Nacho to Al Qadsiah will be official on Tuesday, it’s all signed for former Real Madrid defender.
