An Akure High Court on Thursday nullified the creation of 33 Local Government Development Areas (LCDAs) in Ondo state.
The court said the creation is illegal and unconstitutional, Starnews NG reports.
In his judgement, Justice A.O Adebusuoye said the creation of the LCDAs is inchoate and unlawful.
