How Ondo PDP Chairman, Adams died

More facts have emerged on the death of the state Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo State, Alh. Fatai Adams.

Adams who was suspended on January 2, 2024 by PDP executive officers for alleged anti-party activities and for engaging in activities likely to bring the party to disrepute, died on Tuesday.

According to an impeccable source, the deceased was said to have complained of headache in his home in Akure, the state capital.

The source who preferred anonymity noted that Fatai gave up the ghost after he was rushed to an undisclosed hospital for swift treatment.

“He only complained of headache, just headache, and he was quickly rushed to the hospital, but unfortunately, we lost him”, the source said.

Meanwhile, the leadership of the party at the national level, on Wednesday said it is heart-broken and utterly devastated by the news of the sudden death of Adams.

PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, described the late Adams as exceptionally dedicated to the cause of the party.

Ologunagba said Adams was a seasoned administrator who deployed his intellect, competence, skills, energy and personal resources towards repositioning PDP in Ondo State despite daunting challenges.
