Police Arrest Armed Robbery, One-Chance Syndicate in Abuja 

 

 

The Federal Capital Police Command said it has arrested an armed robbery, car snatching and one-chance syndicate suspected to be linked to a spate of armed robberies, car snatchings, and one-chance activities within the FCT.

This was contained in a statement, on Saturday, by the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, on her official X account.

The statement, titled, ‘FCT Police Nabs Suspects In Armed Robbery, Car Snatching, One Chance Activities’ noted that the suspects arrested include one Gabriel Abba, Sunday Abba and Abdulkareem Jaffaru.

She stated that the Federal Capital Territory Commissioner of Police, Haruna G. Garba is resolved to stamp out crime and criminality in the FCT.

The statement partly reads, “In a proactive response to actionable intelligence, the Federal Capital Territory Police Command successfully apprehended Gabriel Abba, Sunday Abba and Abdulkareem Jaffaru in December 2023.

“The trio is linked to a spate of armed robberies, car snatchings, and one-chance activities within the FCT.”
