Popular American Singer Faces Allegations of Sexually Assaulting 15-Year-Old Teenager

American singer Nick Carter has been slammed with an assault lawsuit by a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her in her teens.

This will be the third sexual assault lawsuit against the singer, The Guardian reports.

Carter, according to the report, allegedly assaulted the woman simply identified as AR, in three separate incidents in 2003. She was 15, and he was 23 at the time.

AR claims Carter also infected her with HPV and is now seeking $15,000 in damages.

AR’s lawyer, Margaret Mabie, said, “We hope that AR receives some measure of justice and that this lawsuit will pave the way for other survivors to hold their abusers to account.”

AR has also claimed during one of the assaults on a yacht, Carter invited three other men to watch.
