NAHCO staff receives award of honour as Outstanding Role Model in Public Service

Akinrinlola Ademola George, a staff of the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company, NAHCO Plc, yesterday, received an award of honour by ‘The Focus Magazine.’

Ademola, a socialite, who works with NAHCO at the Akure Airport was honoured at the 17th anniversary of the Magazine held yesterday in Akure, the Ondo State capital, as an Outstanding Role Model in Public Service.

The award was given to him and 16 others under the distinguished chairmanship of High Chief Amusa Bakare Akuresanmi, the Ojumu of Oda Kingdom.

In a telephone interview with Starnews Nigeria on Sunday, Ademola thanked the organiser of the award for recognising his hard work on duty and his humanitarian services to the society.

“This award has shown that people are watching you in any place or job you find yourself. It’s an encouragement to me and a message to the world that we all should be passionate about our job because some people somewhere are watching you.

“I thank the organiser of this award ceremony for recognising my hard work on duty and my humanitarian services to the society”, he said.
