Charly Boy has taken to social media to respond to the incident of a UTME contestant, Ejikeme Joy Mmesoma, who admitted to using her phone to boost her score to 362.
With the recent release of scores of candidates who applied for admission by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), and the subsequent announcement of Nkechiyere Umeh as the candidate with the highest score of 360, Mmesoma, a 19-year-old student of Anglican Girls’ Secondary School, Uruagu Nnewi, protested that she scored 362.
However, according to a committee formed by the Anambra state government to investigate her accusations, Mmesoma acknowledged to falsifying her results.
Charly Boy responded on Twitter on Sunday, saying Mmesoma fooled many people, including himself, but that she learned forgery from political figures.
He stated that she is still a brilliant girl and asked people not to be in a hurry to destroy her.
He also claimed that Mmesoma’s parents have a lot of counselling to do with her and asked who hasn’t fucked up hands in the air.
He wrote:
“Mmesoma Ejikeme fooled many including me, check out the fluency with which she defended herself with such innocence. These children na wa, ooo.
“She is still a brilliant girl so let’s not be in a hurry to destroy her, the parents have a lot of counselling to do with her, by the way, who never fuckup, raise ur hand.
“She learned work from leaders that believed that forgery is good plus those who never found their WAEC results till date. Am sure she was in dis Naija as INEC was manipulating Nigeria electoral process.”
