Acts 10:38
38: How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him
God didn’t anoint Jesus with olive oil.
He anointed him with Holyspirit and with power.
Anointing is not in oil, it is in the Holy Spirit.
1 John 2:27
But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in him.
1 John 2:20
But you have been anointed by the Holy One, and you all have knowledge…..!!
The anointing is the Holy Spirit not Goya oil.
When you receive the anointing of the Holy Spirit, you receive knowledge as well.
Before Jesus died, anointing used to be in bottles.
It was the symbol of the Holy Spirit. But since the day the Holy Spirit was released upon the earth, the shadows of oil seized.
The real anointing begins to rest on men !!
If you receive oil on your head, you will go and receive another one next week because the one you received last week has expired. The shadow cannot replace the reality. But when you are anointed by the Holy Spirit, you will not need another one next week.
He lives with you forever.
You are sealed by the anointing for the day of redemption!!!! EPH4:30
If you read through the New Testament, there was no single apostles or church leaders that were ordained with oil. They were all anointed with the Holy Spirit!!!
Acts 13:2 Then “after fasting and praying they laid their hands on them and sent them off” . They laid hands on them, they didn’t pour oil on them !!
This is because they have been anointed by the Holy one !!!
Pouring oil to ordain men of God is pure Judaism not Christian practice !!! And must must be discarded by all means !!!
If you are not anointed by the Holy Spirit, you have no business leading the church!!!
You cannot find any church leader or any Christian in the new covenant ordained into ministry with oil. If it’s not the Holy Spirit and by Jesus Christ himself, then it is fake , cancerous and misleading!!
