Governor Mbah Appoints Ondo-Born Journalist as MD ESBS

Governor Mbah of Enugu State has made a significant appointment, naming Mr. Ladi Akeredolu-Ale as the new Managing Director of Enugu State Broadcasting Service (ESBS).

 

The governor in a statement on his verified twitter page on Tuesday expressed his confidence in the Ondo state-born Mr. Akeredolu-Ale’s abilities and believes that his appointment will lead to a media revolution within the organization.

The statement read, ” Before his appointment, Mr. Akeredolu-Ale served as the Controller of Current Affairs at Channels Television in Lagos State. With over 30 years of experience in journalism, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. His remarkable achievements as an award-winning journalist are expected to greatly benefit ESBS.

“Governor Mbah has high hopes for Mr. Akeredolu-Ale’s tenure as Managing Director.

“He anticipates that the new appointee will inspire significant reforms in media innovation and creativity. Furthermore, the governor envisions ESBS becoming one of the top revenue-generating organizations in Enugu State under Mr. Akeredolu-Ale’s leadership.”

 

He was the Managing General of the Ondo State Radiovision Corporation(OSRC) during the administration of Dr Olusegun Mimiko in the state.
