Tofowomo Commends Ekweremadu Over Productive Empowerment To Constituent

Otunba Nicholas Tofowomo, the Senator-elect of Ondo South, has commended the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, for donating a set of palm oil processing machines to Theophilus Ivo, one his Constituents, to boost the production of palm oil.

He gave the commendation through a comment he dropped on his official Facebook page on Monday.

While commending Ekweremadu for the productive empowerment, Tofowomo slammed Lawmakers who are fond of distributing relief materials and cash gift of N10, 000 to unemployed youths in the name of empowerment.

He went further to pray unto God for divine help in his determination to give quality and productive representation to his constituents at the 9th Senate.

”Ekweremadu donates palm oil processing machine to Theophilus Ivo, one of his Constituents to boost production of palm oil. This is what we call empowerment. I did not subscribe to the opposite where some Lawmakers are distributing relief materials, giving out cash gift of 10,000 to unemployed youths in the name of empowerment. May God Almighty help me in my determination to give productive and quality representation to my people in Ondo South at the 9th Senate. Better days ahead my people in Ondo South”, Tofowomo wrote on his Facebook page.
