The gubernatorial ambition of Hon. Agboola Ajayi, the candidate of the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) received a boost on Saturday, as the entire structure of African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Akoko South-West Local Government Area of Ondo State was collapsed into the fold of the ZLP.
Starnews Nigeria reports that the gubernatorial election of Ondo State has been slated for October 10, 2020.
Dr Bode Iwaloye, the State Leader of ADC, led other leaders of the party in Akoko South West local government to collapse the structure of the ADC into the ZLp on Saturday.
The leaders of the ADC were received into the party by Ijanusi Olawale and some leaders of the ZLP in Akoko South West Local Government.
At the meeting were ADC local government party chairman in Akoko South West, Elder Solomon, with other members of the executives of the party and the newly elected councillors for Ikun ward 9, and Akungba ward 13 of Akoko South West LG.
