Ebuka Songs Explains Exit from Moses Bliss’ Record Label

Nigerian gospel artiste Ebuka Songs has revealed the reason behind his decision to leave Moses Bliss’ record label, Spotlight Nation, after just eleven months.

He explained that his departure was guided by a personal conviction to pursue his ministry independently.

Despite leaving before completing his three-year contract, Ebuka Songs made it clear that there was no conflict between him and Moses Bliss.

He stated that their relationship remains positive and that he still respects and appreciates Bliss for the knowledge he gained while at the label.

During an interview on The OpenUp Podcast with Amanda Dara, Ebuka Songs spoke about how Bliss introduced him to important aspects of the music industry, such as copyright and royalties, which he was previously unaware of.

He dismissed rumours suggesting that he had spoken negatively about the record label, saying he is grateful for the experience and support he received.

Reflecting on his past, Ebuka Songs also shared memories of the challenges he faced while growing up and expressed gratitude for how his life has changed.

Similarly, Moses Bliss confirmed that there is no bad blood between them.

He acknowledged that Ebuka Songs wanted to take a different path, and after praying about it, he accepted the decision without any resentment.
