California Plane Crash Claims Two Lives, Injures 18

A small aircraft crashed into a commercial building near Fullerton Municipal Airport, California, on Thursday afternoon, leaving two people dead and 18 others injured.

The impact created a massive hole in the building’s roof, with smoke rising from the scene.

Emergency responders transported ten individuals to the hospital, while eight others received treatment on-site.

Authorities are working to confirm whether the deceased were inside the plane or in the building at the time of the crash, Naija News reports.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) identified the plane as a single-engine Van’s RV-10, a compact four-seater aircraft. The cause of the incident remains under investigation.

This tragedy follows another aviation accident in the same area last November, which left two people injured.
