The All Progressives Congress (APC) has assured Nigerians that the country will experience significant improvements in 2025, thanks to President Bola Tinubu’s steadfast commitment to repositioning Nigeria and driving its development.
Cornelius Ojelabi, the Lagos APC chairman, gave this assurance during the party’s Christmas Carol and Nine Lessons event on Sunday evening.
Acknowledging that 2024 had been a challenging year both economically and politically, Ojelabi commended President Tinubu for his efforts in stabilizing the country amidst these difficulties.
“We are grateful to God for blessing us with a president who is bold, courageous, and able to make decisions that will ultimately benefit everyone in the long term,” Ojelabi said.
“As we approach 2025, I want to reassure Nigerians that the ‘Renewed Hope’ vision of the Tinubu-led administration remains firmly on track. We are confident that things will improve significantly next year.”
Ojelabi urged Nigerians to remain focused and united, stressing the importance of supporting the party’s efforts to rebuild the nation and achieve sustainable development. He also called for greater belief in the president’s reform agenda.
“The ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ is designed with the best interests of our nation at heart,” he added.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State also reiterated his commitment to fulfilling the promises of his administration’s THEME Plus Agenda.
Commending Lagos residents for their unwavering support of the APC, Sanwo-Olu assured them that the government would remain dedicated to improving the lives of citizens in the state.
He encouraged residents to remain optimistic and work together for the growth and development of Lagos, calling for peace, unity, and the setting aside of differences.
